Abstract
At present, the financing offer for the region of the low mountains of the state of Sonora is limited, this is due to various factors, such as geographical dispersion, lack of knowledge of the area, lack of knowledge of customers, operating costs between others. These obstacles make access to financing mainly for small and medium producers difficult. That is why the dispersions of credit by livestock organizations have been becoming somewhat informal based on their own resources so that producers do not have great benefits with this type of financing. On the part of the producers, there is a lack of knowledge of the programs managed by the financial institutions within the agricultural, rural, forestry and fisheries sector, as well as the formalities contemplated in financing, such as legal procedures, land tenures, procedures before support institutions, etc. The objective of this research is to analyze the feasibility of implementing a Financial Intermediation Company focused on individuals and corporations in the municipalities of Moctezuma, Divisaderos, Tepache and Cumpas, whose beneficiaries are small and medium-sized cattle producers, traders or cattle fattening and/ or small forage farmers. To carry out this project, a descriptive investigation was carried out, using primary sources of information such as interview, survey. Four municipalities of the Sierra Alta of the State of Sonora were examined which were: Cumpas, Moctezuma, Divisaderos and Tepache
