Importancia De La Investigacion Cientifica Para Los Estudiantes En La Licenciatura En Sistemas Administrativos De La Universidad De Sonora Campus Santa Ana

The purpose of the study was to explore the importance and interest, conditions and limitations of the research for students within the administration area for the Administrative Systems Bachelors. This project is part of a comprehensive project of the Human Capital Network. The work instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 24 questions to 36 students with questions related to the interest of working in research and / or developing technological milk, competences, conditions and limitations for research. In this first part the data was analyzed using the descriptive statistics in the SPSS program. 55.6% have an interest in working in scientific research, preferring 65% to the public sector. The ignorance of the activities carried out by researchers does not decrease their interest in the investigation since 47.2% disagreed in relation to this point, they consider that they possess sufficient knowledge to develop research, they responded positively with a 27.8% agreement. Consider having the skills to become involved in research, the lack of experience does not see it as an obstacle, obtaining 30.6% of indecided regarding this question. As an infrastructure infrastructure limit, 38.9% do not know the facilities for research facilities within the University, 30.6% said they were not sure about the link. It is concluded that LSA students are interested in conducting research mainly within the public sector in innovation and information, industry, livestock and administration. However, they consider lacking the knowledge and skills necessary to penetrate in the area, in addition to a deficiency in the link, promotion and training to be incorporated in the field of scientific research.
