Abstract
El sector agro industrial mexicano enfrenta un mundo complejo con un ritmo revolucionado que lo somete a entornos cambiantes. Los nuevos mercados han incrementado la competencia obligando a la agroindustria nacional a una adaptación con la búsqueda de nuevas alternativas con el desarrollo de estrategias y el firme objetivo de lograr eficiencia en sus procesos, como consecuencia de esto asegurar su permanencia en el mercado. Ante ello ahora las empresas buscan hacer alianzas esenciales para lograr desarrollar su estrategia. Dentro de estas alianzas las empresas agroindustriales buscan participar en el nuevo mercado global con habilidades, recursos, experiencia técnica y capacidades más competitivas logrando reunir con estas alianzas más de lo que pueden aportar cada una por su cuenta. Las alianzas estratégicas hoy en día se han vuelto esenciales para la competitividad que buscan las empresas agroindustriales. Es por ello que surge la inquietud de realizar un análisis detallado para conocer a fondo la técnica de las Alianzas Estratégicas y los acuerdos que esta conlleva, además de sus ventajas y limitantes......The mexican agribusiness sector faces a complex world with a pace that revolutionized subjected to changing environments. New markets have increased competition forcing the national agriculture business to the search for new alternatives to the development of strategies and the firm objective of achieving efficiency in their processes, as a result of this guarantee its permanence on the market. Given this business they’re now looking to make partnerships to develop its strategy. Within these partnerships, agribusiness companies are seeking to participate in the new global market with skills, resources, technical expertise and competitive capabilities. Strategic alliances today have become essential for companies seeking competitive agribusiness. That is why there is the concern of a detailed analysis to fully understand the art of strategic alliances and agreements that this entails, as well as their advantages and limitations.
