Rynek śledzi w krajach Unii Europejskiej

Abstract

The paper is aimed a description of changes undergoing on the EU market of herrings over the period of 2006-2015, their analysis and assessment. The study concerns herring catches as well as foreign trade herring products. On such basis the market balance sheet was elaborated at the level of the whole EU and member countries. The paper also addresses global conditions of herring catches and policies of protection and sustainable use of resources. / Synopsis. Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie i ocena zmian zachodzących na rynku śledzi w krajach Unii Europejskiej w latach 2006-2015. Obszarem analizy są zarówno połowy, jak i handel zagraniczny produktami ze śledzi, które w dalszej kolejności były podstawą do stworzenia bilansu rynku na poziomie całej Wspólnoty, jak i poszczególnych państw. Przedstawione zostały także globalne uwarunkowanie połowów śledzi oraz polityka ochrony i zrównoważonego wykorzystania ich zasobów.
