Handel zagraniczny ziołami i przyprawami w krajach Unii Europejskiej

The aim of the study was to evaluate the variability of the foreign trade herbs and spices in the EU countries and attempt to identify common patterns. The article presents the export and import of herbs and spices in tonnes and in value in the EU countries. The source materials constituted data of FAOSTAT. The study period covered the 2007-2013. The study included all EU Member States. In 2007-2013, foreign trade herbs and spices in EU countries has increased. Exports outweighed imports, because of its value in 2013 amounted to 459.3 thousand. tons and value of imports only 71.4 thousand tons. The largest exporters and importers of herbs and spices are the largest and the most developed EU countries, where there was a large concentration of trade in these products. Most falls in the export of herbs and spices was in 2009, and in imports in 2012. In the case of countries with the largest trade, changes in particular years were not big, as in smaller exporters and importers. In the present study showed a significant strong positive correlation of international trade herbs and spices with the economy's parameters set by the value of GDP, the value of exports and imports. / Synopsis. Celem głównym badań była ocena zmienności handlu zagranicznego ziołami i przyprawami w krajach UE i próba wskazania występujących prawidłowości. W artykule przedstawiono eksport i import ziół oraz przypraw w tonach i w USD w krajach Unii Europejskiej. Źródłem materiałów były dane z FAOSTAT. Okres badań dotyczył lat 2007-2013. Do badań przyjęto wszystkie państwa członkowskie UE. W latach 2007-2013 handel zagraniczny ziołami i przyprawami w krajach UE zwiększył się. Eksport przeważał nad importem, gdyż jego wartość w 2013 roku wyniosła 459,3 tys. ton wobec 71,4 tys. ton importu. Największymi eksporterami i importerami ziół oraz przypraw były największe i najbardziej rozwinięte państwa UE, w których występowała duża koncentracja handlu tymi produktami. Najwięcej spadków w eksporcie ziół i przypraw stwierdzono w 2009 roku, a w imporcie w 2012 roku. W przypadku państw o największym handlu zmiany w poszczególnych latach nie były gwałtowne, tak jak u mniejszych eksporterów i importerów. Stwierdzono istotny silny dodatni związek handlu międzynarodowego ziołami i przyprawami z parametrami gospodarki określonymi przez wartość PKB, wartość eksportu oraz importu.
