Cechy jakościowe zasobów pracy jako czynnik różnicujący poziom dochodu z gospodarstwa rolniczego

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is an attempt of showing the role of the quality features of labour resources as a factor which diversifies the level of farm income. Such features as age, sex and the education level of person managing the farm were taken into consideration in the analysis. The average level of farm income in the investigated farms in 2006 amounted to 38265 PLN. The highest level of income was reached in farms run by men in the age of 46-55, who have completed secondary or higher education. / Synopsis. Celem niniejszego opracowania jest próba ukazania wpływu cech jakościowych zasobów pracy jako czynnika różnicującego poziom dochodu z gospodarstwa rolniczego. W analizie zostały uwzględnione: wiek, płeć i poziom wykształcenia osoby kierującej gospodarstwem. Średni poziom dochodu z gospodarstwa rolniczego w 2006 roku wynosił w badanych gospodarstwach 38265 zł. Najwyższy poziom dochodu występował w gospodarstwach prowadzonych przez mężczyzn, w wieku 46-55 lat, posiadających wykształcenie średnie lub wyższe.
