Produkcja i ceny owoców z upraw ekologicznych

Abstract

The paper presents the brief information, based on literature, about the organic production of fruits in the world and in Poland. In order to assess the situation on the organic fruit market comparative analysis of the prices of apples and strawberries were presented. In the study the prices of fruits from certified organic plantations and from conventional at wholesale markets in USA, France and from retail groceries in Poland were compared. Moreover, based on surveys analysis of the factors affecting the operation on the organic fruit market in Poland were conducted as well as the expectations from potential consumers were studied. / Synopsis. W opracowaniu, na podstawie dostępnej literatury, przedstawiono zarys stanu produkcji ekologicznej owoców na świecie i w Polsce. W celu oceny sytuacji na rynku owoców ekologicznych przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą cen jabłek i truskawek z certyfikowanych plantacji ekologicznych i z produkcji konwencjonalnej na wybranych rynkach hurtowych w USA, Francji i w handlu detalicznym w Polsce. Ponadto na podstawie badań ankietowych przeprowadzono analizę czynników mających wpływ na funkcjonowanie rynku owoców ekologicznych w Polsce i oczekiwań ze strony ich potencjalnych konsumentów.
