Procesy rozwojowe rolnictwa ekologicznego w Polsce w latach 2003-200

Abstract

Developmental tendencies of the organic farming in Poland in years to 2003-2007 were presented. Benefits from this way of farm management as an alternative to the conventional farming were described. Changes of the number of organic producers, the acreage of the ecological agricultural lands and the structure of the sector according to the size of organic farms were characterised as well as the number of eco-friendly food processing factories. Selected problems concentrating on the infrastructure of the organic food market in Poland were also presented. / Synopsis. W opracowaniu przedstawiono tendencje rozwojowe rolnictwa ekologicznego w Polsce w latach 2003-2007. Zaprezentowano korzyści płynące z tego sposobu prowadzenia gospodarstw rolniczych, jako alternatywy dla konwencjonalnego rolnictwa. Scharakteryzowano zmiany dotyczące liczby producentów ekologicznych, powierzchni ekologicznych użytków rolnych ogółem, struktury sektora według wielkości gospodarstw oraz liczby przetwórni ekologicznych. Przedstawiono również wybrane zagadnienia dotyczące infrastruktury rynku żywności ekologicznej w Polsce.
