Abstract

The aim of the paper is an attempt to assess the economic and organisational situation of the cooperative banking groups, associated in Unico. Unico is an European cooperative banking organization uniting some banks from the EU and Switzerland. The analysis is based on data published by Unico for years 2005 and 2006. / Synopsis. Celem opracowania jest próba oceny sytuacji ekonomiczno-organizacyjnej spółdzielczych grup bankowych, stowarzyszonych w Unico, która jest europejską organizacją ponadwspólnotową. Analizę przeprowadzono w oparciu o dane opublikowane przez Unico za lata 2005 i 2006.
