Kluczowe czynniki dekapitalizacji majątku gospodarstw upadających południowej Polski

Abstract

The article attempts to identify relationships between selected factors resulting from the internal situation of farms and frequency with which farm managers make decisions to get rid of property components. These factors included farm acreage, level of production sold, age and education of farm managers. / Synopsis. W opracowaniu podjęto próbę wskazania zależności pomiędzy wybranymi czynnikami wynikającymi z wewnętrznej sytuacji gospodarstw a częstotliwością podejmowania przez kierujących tymi gospodarstwami decyzji o pozbyciu się składników majątku. Czynnikami tymi były wielkość obszarowa gospodarstw, poziom produkcji towarowej, wiek i wykształcenie kierujących gospodarstwami.
