Społeczna odpowiedzialność przedsiębiorstw (CSR) w sferze agrobiznesu

Abstract

In Poland, the concept of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is still not very popular, especially in micro, small and medium sized enterprises from various industries, including the agribusiness industry. This article presents the basic issues related with the relationship between the business ethics and the corporate social responsibility as well as the essence of the concept. In the second part of the paper, examples are presented from the sphere of agri-business companies, which implement in their business the principles of CSR. / Synopsis. W Polsce koncepcja CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) jest nadal mało popularna, zwłaszcza w mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach z różnych branż, w tym z branży agrobiznesu. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie podstawowych zagadnień związanych z relacją etyki biznesu i społecznej odpowiedzialności oraz istoty tej koncepcji. W drugiej części opracowania przedstawione zostały przykłady przedsiębiorstw ze sfery agrobiznesu, które wdrażają w swojej działalności zasady odpowiedzialnego biznesu.
