Światowa sytuacja na rynku jabłek w latach 1961-2010

Abstract

The article presents information concerning changes undergoing on the world market of fresh apples between 1961-2010. The Author shows changes in production, consumption, foreign trade and prices, account taken of geographical distribution of the main stakeholders (producers, consumers, exporters and importers), including Poland. Secondary sources of information were used for the analysis, originating from Faostat and GUS data bases. The analysis was carried out under a research project (grant agreement No 3745/B/H03/2011/40), which was funded by National Science Centre. The analysis involved comparative as well as descriptive methods. / Synopsis. Artykuł przedstawia informacje na temat zmian zachodzących na światowym rynku jabłek świeżych w latach 1961-2010. Zwraca uwagę na przemiany zachodzące po stronie produkcyjnej, konsumpcyjnej, w handlu zagranicznym oraz cenach owoców z uwzględnieniem rozmieszczenia geograficznego głównych jego interesariuszy (producentów, konsumentów, eksporterów i importerów), w tym Polski. W opracowaniu wykorzystano wtórne źródła informacji pochodzące z baz danych Faostat, GUS. Praca została zrealizowana w ramach projektu badawczego (grantu nr 3745/B/H03/2011/40), sfinansowanego ze środków Narodowego Centrum Nauki. W analizie problemu badawczego wykorzystano metodę porównawczą oraz opisową.
