Analiza konkurencyjności polskiego eksportu nawozów azotowych

Abstract

Export plays an important role in the functioning of the nitrogen fertilizers sector. Poland is in the EU, one of the largest exporters of nitrogen fertilizers and trade steadily increasing. The purpose of the article was to analyze the competitiveness of Polish export of nitrogen fertilizers in the years 2004-2012 in world trade. Trade balance was studied. Used to assess the competitiveness index revealed comparative advantages and export import coverage ratio. Studies have shown that during the period improved by positive foreign trade balance nitrogen fertilizers, but the competitiveness of trade deteriorated. / Synopsis. Eksport odgrywa ważną rolę w funkcjonowaniu sektora nawozów azotowych. Polska jest w UE jednym z największych eksporterów nawozów azotowych, a obroty handlowe systematycznie rosną. Celem artykułu była analiza konkurencyjności polskiego eksportu nawozów azotowych w latach 2004-2012 w handlu światowym. Badano saldo wymiany handlowej. Do oceny konkurencyjności zastosowano wskaźnik ujawnionych przewag komparatywnych oraz wskaźnik pokrycia importu eksportem. Badania wykazały, że w badanym okresie poprawiło się dodatnie saldo handlu zagranicznego nawozami azotowymi, jednak konkurencyjność wymiany handlowej uległa pogorszeniu.
