Kobiety na rynku pracy w Polsce

Abstract

Prawo do pracy należy do podstawowychprawkażdego człowieka, a więc i każdej kobiety?. Na temat aktywnościzawodowej kobiet panują jednakr ne opinie — od całkowitej negacji pozarodzinnychform aktywności, poprzez pogląd akceptujący możliwość pogodzenia ról rodzinnychi zawodowych do postaw ograniczających wartość rodziny i stawiających na pierwszymmiej- scukarierę zawodową. Badania ukazujące punkt widzenia kobiet potwierdza- ją utrwalanie się wzorca kobiety aktywnej zawodowo i starającej się połączyć karierę zawodową i udane życie rodzinne [Sytuacja..., 1994; Lisowska, 1994, Balcerzak-Paradowska, 1999].
