Citizens Attitude And Model Of Community Functioning

Abstract

Process of local development relay on the improvement of public services and on creation of such possibilities, which are able to satisfy needs of community, district or region citizens. If the step of satisfaction is higher, the level of life is also higher. Possibilities of improving the level of life depends on skill in human collaboration in different groups and societies. An important factor is the level of social confidence and acceptance of norms, loyalty, integrity and honesty. These cooperation is defined in social capital, which is transferred trough culture, religion, tradition and official norms. Participation of local authorities and citizens in creation of level of life and social attitudes of people
