Abstract

Evaluation of marketing activity oriented for citizens, implemented by self-government territorial units is a main task of the work. Citizens are an important segment of marketing activity. The promotional campaign was implemented in the commune Zabierzów. Citizens are treated as a side in the process of benefits exchange and a source for gaining by the community the development factors. research results confirmed, that citizens are the most important private clients of community, and theit participation in implementation of development program are very important.
