Ocena Potencjału Społeczno-Demograficznego Obszarów Wiejskich W Województwie Mazowieckim W Latach 2004 I 2016 Według Wybranych Koncepcji Podziału Regionu

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest ocena potencjału społeczno-demograficznego gmin miejsko-wiejskich i wiejskich w Obszarze Metropolitarnym Warszawy, w tym obszarze Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych oraz w nowych regionach (Warszawskim stołecznym i Mazowieckim regionalnym), w świetle koncepcji podziału województwa mazowieckiego od 2018 roku. W obu analizowanych latach wysoki poziom potencjału społeczno-demograficznego charakteryzował przede wszystkim gminy zlokalizowane w zasięgu stolicy – tylko w rankingu z 2004 roku w klasie o niskim poziomie potencjału znalazła się jedna gmina z obszaru stołecznego. Najkorzystniejsze wartości wskaźników społeczno-demograficznych odnotowano w obszarze ZIT, co jest wyrazem wysokiej atrakcyjności tych gmin m.in. jako miejsca zamieszkania. Zaobserwowano również korzystne zmiany w wartościach analizowanych wskaźników społeczno-demograficznych, zachodzące także (chociaż w wolniejszym tempie) w obszarach niemetropolitarnych i peryferyjnych.
