Konkurencyjność Polskich I Zagranicznych Odmian W Uprawie Ziemniaków W Polsce

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest próba oceny konkurencyjności uprawianych w kraju odmian ziemniaka krajowych i zagranicznych hodowli oraz sektorowa analiza korzystania przez producentów z kwalifikowanego materiału sadzeniakowego. Za miernik konkurencyjności odmian przyjęto ich wskaźniki wartości agrotechnicznej i użytkowej. Wykazano, że odmiany jadalne polskiej hodowli w relacji do odmian zagranicznych mają generalnie wyższą wartość agrotechniczną i wyżej plonują, ale jednocześnie odznaczają się niższą wartością użytkową pod względem wielu cech (np. wygląd bulw). Wskaźnik korzystania z kwalifikowanych sadzeniaków zależy od stopnia urynkowienia poszczególnych sektorów produkcji ziemniaka i wynosi od zaledwie 6,4% w produkcji wielokierunkowej, 25% w produkcji ziemniaków jadalnych konfekcjonowanych i skrobiowych i 40% w produkcji ziemniaków jadalnych wczesnych i kierowanych do przetwórstwa spożywczego.
