Pozarolnicza Działalność Gospodarcza W Powszechnym Systemie Ubezpieczeń Społecznych I Ubezpieczeniu Społecznym Rolników

Abstract

Celem pracy jest porównanie prowadzenia pozarolniczej działalności gospodarczej przez osoby objęte powszechnym systemem ubezpieczeń społecznych i ubezpieczeniem społecznym rolników w latach 2013-2017. W pierwszym przypadku uwzględniono ubezpieczenia emerytalne, rentowe, chorobowe, wypadkowe i zdrowotne oraz składki na fundusz pracy. Ubezpieczenia społeczne rolników określono na podstawie ubezpieczeń emerytalno-rentowych, chorobowych, wypadkowych i macierzyńskich. Miesięczne składki na ubezpieczenia społeczne osób prowadzących pozarolniczą działalność gospodarczą były ponadtrzykrotnie wyższe w powszechnym systemie ubezpieczeń (ZUS). Natomiast po uwzględnieniu składek na ubezpieczenia zdrowotne i fundusz pracy pięciokrotnie przewyższały koszty ubezpieczeń społecznych rolników (KRUS). Udział składek na ubezpieczenia społeczne i zdrowotne w dochodach osób rozpoczynających pozarolniczą działalność gospodarczą był ponaddwukrotnie wyższy niż w dochodach osób ubezpieczonych w KRUS.
