Dystrybucja Piwa W Mikro I Małych Browarach W Polsce

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja specyficznych cech dotyczących dystrybucji piwa niszowego w mikro i małych browarach w Polsce. Badania przeprowadzono w 2015 roku za pomocą ankiety. Kwestionariusz wysłano do 95 mikro i małych browarów, co stanowiło prawie 77% wszystkich tego typu obiektów w Polsce. Odpowiedzi udzieliło 20 podmiotów, czyli 21% ankietowanych browarów, a 16% wszystkich takich obiektów Polsce. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzono m.in., że liczba mikro i małych browarów w Polsce rokrocznie wzrasta, a ich udział w rynku piwa również zwiększa się i wszystkie przewidywania wskazują, że trend ten nie będzie się zmieniał. Zaobserwowano również, że dystrybucja piwa jest zróżnicowana w zależności od rodzaju browaru.
