Produktywność Czynników Produkcji W Gospodarstwach Ogrodniczych W Polsce W Latach 2004-2014

Abstract

Celem badań była ocena produktywności czynników produkcji w gospodarstwach ogrodniczych w Polsce w latach 2004-2014. Dokonano ogólnej charakterystyki gospodarstw ogrodniczych w Polsce, w tym określono produktywność pracy i kapitału, a także produktywność ziemi na 1 ha UR. Przeciętna powierzchnia gospodarstwa zwiększała się o 6% średniorocznie w latach 2004-2014 i wynosiła w 2014 roku około 6 ha. Stwierdzono, że w gospodarstwach ogrodniczych produktywność wszystkich czynników produkcji w ujęciu nominalnym rosła. W ujęciu realnym produktywność pracy zmniejszyła się o około 16,6%, produktywność kapitału utrzymywała się na tym samym poziomie, natomiast produktywność ziemi zmniejszyła się o ponad 52,3%. Wartość produkcji na 1 AWU wynosiła w 2014 roku 81 tys. zł, na 1 ha 38 tys. zł, a na 1 zł majątku 0,38 zł. Obserwowane tendencje zmian w poziomie produktywności czynników i poziomie dochodu wskazują na to, że dla utrzymania żywotności ekonomicznej gospodarstw potrzebne jest zwiększanie skali produkcji, w tym powierzchni gospodarstw.
