Możliwości Wykorzystania Roślin Strączkowych Do Produkcji Pasz W Polsce

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie aktualnego stanu produkcji rodzimych roślin strączkowych i możliwości ich wykorzystania jako źródła białka w paszach. Do realizacji postawionego celu posłużono się materiałami statystycznymi GUS oraz raportami IERiGŻ-PIB. Przeprowadzono również porównawczy rachunek opłacalności produkcji rodzimych roślin strączkowych. Analiza obejmowała lata 2003-2016. Dodatkowo przeprowadzono badania empiryczne, którymi objęto gospodarstwa rolne na terenie całego kraju zajmujące się produkcją roślin strączkowych. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że aby zwiększyć zainteresowanie rolników produkcją nasion roślin strączkowych, a tym samym ich podaż na rynku pasz, potrzebne są działania zmierzające do łatwego ich zbytu. To właśnie ten czynnik, oprócz korzyści finansowych, był najważniejszym czynnikiem uwzględnianym przy podejmowaniu decyzji w zakresie produkcji roślinnej. Producenci rolni, mając świadomość dużych trudności ze sprzedażą nasion roślin strączkowych, dokonywali ich zasiewów i traktowali uprawę jako przedplon pod inne uprawy i w konsekwencji zaorywali plantację przed zbiorami.
