Wsparcie innowacyjności w polskim rolnictwie

Abstract

Innowacyjność jest celem przekrojowym realizowanej w Strategii 2020 UE. Rozwiązania innowacyjne i szerzej oparcie rozwoju o osiągnięcia wiedzy doprowadzić mają do poprawy konkurencyjności gospodarki UE i jej poszczególnych działów wobec innych gospodarek świata. Wprowadzaniu innowacyjności i osiągnięć wiedzy do rolnictwa krajów UE służy zwiększenie udziału w środkach przeznaczonych na realizację wspólnej polityki rolnej udziału wypłat związanych z II filarem WPR obejmującym wsparcie strukturalne. W artykule przedstawiono analizę tytułów wsparcia innowacyjności w Polsce [działania, poddziałania, operacje] z II filaru WPR realizowanego ze środków Programu Rozwoju Obszarów wiejskich [PROW]. Oceniono też zakres finansowania ze środków PROW w latach 2014-2020 działań i operacji bezpośrednio i pośrednio związanych z wprowadzeniem i upowszechnianiem rozwiązań innowacyjnych w rolnictwie polskim.
