Efektywność Gospodarstw Mlecznych Na Tle Ogółu Gospodarstw Rolnych Objętych Systemem Rachunkowości Fadn

Abstract

Celem opracowania jest ocena wyników gospodarowania zasobami produkcyjnymi w gospodarstwach specjalizujących się w produkcji mleka na tle wyników ogółu gospodarstw rolnych, które były objęte rachunkowością rolną w systemie FADN w 2016 roku. Analizie poddano wyniki produkcyjne i ekonomiczne oraz produktywność i dochodowość zasobów ziemi, pracy i kapitału. Zaprezentowane w opracowaniu wyniki badanych gospodarstw wskazują na zbliżony poziom produktywności zasobów ziemi w obu grupach gospodarstw, wyższy wydatkowanej pracy w gospodarstwach mlecznych i niższy kapitału w tych gospodarstwach. Gospodarstwa specjalizujące się w produkcji mleka uzyskały wyniki ekonomiczne na znacznie wyższym poziomie niż ogół gospodarstw, dlatego dochodowość zasobów produkcyjnych była także wyraźnie większa w tych gospodarstwach. Zatem pod względem efektywności ekonomicznej gospodarstwa mleczne wyraźnie przewyższały ogół gospodarstw rolnych.
