Oddziaływanie państwa na tworzenie warunków do zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego w wymiarze krajowym i regionalnym

Abstract

Celem opracowania jest zaprezentowanie opinii przedstawicieli lokalnych instytucji i organizacji bezpośrednio lub pośrednio zaangażowanych w działania na rzecz zapewniania bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego na temat wpływu władz centralnych i regionalnych na bezpieczeństwo żywnościowe na poziomie krajowym i regionalnym. Materiał empiryczny stanowiły wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w 2017 roku w podregionie rzeszowskim wśród interesariuszy regionalnego systemu żywnościowego. Wyniki badań wskazują, że bezpieczeństwo żywnościowe jest wieloaspektowym pojęciem odnoszącym się do kwestii gospodarczych, politycznych, demograficznych, społecznych, kulturowych i technicznych. Wymaga ono podejmowania w jednym czasie działań o różnorodnym charakterze, realizowanych na różnych szczeblach władz państwowych i w wielu obszarach.
