Analiza handlu międzynarodowego Polski z krajami sąsiadującymi z zastosowaniem modelu grawitacyjnego

Abstract

Celem pracy jest próba oceny, czy istnieją bariery pozataryfowe (NTBs) w handlu Polski z krajami sąsiadującymi oraz gdzie ich nasilenie jest największe. W tym celu zastosowano model grawitacyjny handlu międzynarodowego, w którym oszacowano parametry wybranych zmiennych w 5 sektorach rolno-spożywczych: surowce rolne, produkty mleczne, żywność, owoce i warzywa oraz produkty pochodzenia mięsnego. Oszacowanie NTBs było najmniej nasilone we wszystkich wymienionych sektorach w eksporcie Polski do Słowacji. Największe ograniczenia, z wyjątkiem sektora mlecznego, wystąpiły w handlu Polski z Ukrainą. Największe bariery pozataryfowe w handlu Polski z sąsiadami stwierdzono w sektorze surowców rolnych, a najmniejsze produktów mięsnych. Ponadto model potwierdził prawdziwość hipotezy Lindera.
