Koncentracja gruntów rolnych w państwach członkowskich Unii Europejskiej

Abstract

Przedstawiono problematykę koncentracji gruntów rolnych w Polsce oraz w innych krajach członkowskich UE. Oceniono istniejącą sytuację oraz zmiany zachodzące w latach 2005-2013. W tym celu na podstawie danych Eurostat wykreślono krzywe Lorenza oraz oszacowano wartości współczynnika Giniego. Wyniki analiz wskazały, że koncentracja ziemi rolniczej w UE ma przede wszystkim charakter regionalny, co powinno zostać uwzględnione w ramach projektowanej oraz wdrażanej wspólnej polityki rolnej UE oraz narodowych polityk obejmujących sektor rolny.
