Dynamika i struktura zadłużenia kredytowego gospodarstw rolniczych w Polsce

Abstract

Dokonano analizy dynamiki oraz struktury zobowiązań kredytowych rolników wobec banków. Zadłużenie kredytowe gospodarstw rolnych w Polsce przedstawiono na tle wybranych krajów UE i USA. Wykazano, że kwota zobowiązań kredytowych rolników w latach 2002-2017 miała trwałą tendencję wzrostową. Stopa zadłużenia aktywów gospodarstw od 2008 roku ulegała jednak sukcesywnej redukcji. Poziom zadłużenia kredytowego rolników oraz jakość ich portfela kredytowego w ujęciu sektorowym nie wskazują na wysokie ryzyko finansowe dla rolników i ryzyko kredytowe dla banków. W przypadku kilkuset zadłużonych gospodarstw rolnych (około 1,5 tysiąca) występują jednak poważne zagrożenia związane z pobranymi kredytami i ich spłatą.
