Stan obecny i perspektywy uprawy roślin strączkowych w Polsce

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie stanu zasiewów, plonów oraz zbiorów roślin strączkowych uprawianych na nasiona w Polsce. Materiał źródłowy stanowiły dane statystyki masowej publikowane przez GUS, raporty IERiGŻ-PIB oraz wyniki Programu Wieloletniego MRiRW realizowanego w latach 2011- 2015 i 2016-2020. Analiza obejmowała lata 2010-2017. W 2017 roku powierzchnia objęta zasiewami roślin strączkowych ogółem wynosiła 272 tys. ha, z czego 77% stanowiły odmiany pastewne. Rośliny strączkowe cechuje niski poziom towarowości, co spowodowane jest przez marginalizację w kraju rynku surowca białkowego z rodzimych roślin strączkowych. Zwiększenie zainteresowania rolników produkcją nasion roślin strączkowych może nastąpić przez stworzenie odpowiedniej struktury rynkowej w zakresie obrotu i wykorzystania nasion roślin strączkowych, co poprawiłoby zbyt oraz współpracę z zakładami przetwórstwa paszowego.
