Wpływ specjalnych stref ekonomicznych (SSE ) na spójność terytorialną regionu

Abstract

Głównym celem badań było ustalenie, czy specjalne strefy ekonomiczne są skutecznym instrumentem polityki gospodarczej wpływającym na spójność terytorialną regionu. Spójność terytorialną w regionach rozważano w aspekcie demograficznym i społeczno-gospodarczym. Opierając się na wybranych wskaźnikach rozwoju demograficznego i społeczno-gospodarczego w latch 2005, 2010 i 2015, przedstawiono relacje między obszarami włączonymi do SSE i obszarami poza SSE w regionie. Analiza poziomu rozwoju demograficznego i społeczno-gospodarczego między tymi obszarami w regionie wykazała duże różnice, szczególnie w aspekcie społeczno-gospodarczym. Stwierdzono, że obszary włączone SSE w dużym stopniu wyprzedzają obszary bez SSE pod względem poziomu rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego, a także sąsiedztwo dynamicznie rozwijających się obszarów zaczyna stymulować szybszy rozwój obszarów poza SSE. Oznacza to, że w dłuższym okresie SSE mogą wpływać na kształtowanie spójności terytorialnej regionu.
