Wpływ Wybranych Instrumentów Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej Na Zmiany W Zasobach Ziemi Małych Gospodarstw Rolnych Z Województwa Małopolskiego

Abstract

Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja i ocena zmian, które zaszły w małych gospodarstwach rolnych w województwie małopolskim w latach 2004-2015 pod wpływem wybranych instrumentów WPR w zakresie czynnika produkcji, którym jest ziemia. W świetle wyników badań należy uznać, że badane instrumenty WPR wywarły stosunkowo niewielki wpływ na wielkość zasobów ziemi posiadanych przez małe gospodarstwa rolne z województwa małopolskiego. Niespełna jedna piąta badanych dokonała zmian w zasobach użytkowanej ziemi. Biorąc pod uwagę wyłącznie gospodarstwa, które zwiększyły swój areał, można stwierdzić, że powierzchnia użytków rolnych, które posiadały te gospodarstwa, zwiększyła się o 3,7%. Sytuacja taka nie jest korzystna, zwłaszcza w warunkach dużego rozdrobnienia agrarnego gospodarstw rolnych w województwie małopolskim.
