Innowacyjność Członków Grup Producentów Rolnych. Studium Przypadków

Abstract

Przedstawiono problematykę innowacyjności na przykładzie dwóch grup producentów rolnych (X producentów gęsi i kaczek oraz Y producentów trzody chlewnej) w odniesieniu do prowadzonych gospodarstw rolnych. Źródłem materiałów był kwestionariusz wywiadu przeprowadzony w 2015 roku. W badaniach wykorzystano metodę opisową i porównawczą. Rolnicy charakteryzowanych grup prowadzili gospodarstwa, w których dominowała produkcja zwierzęca, dlatego implementowane przez nich innowacje w większości dotyczyły produkcji zwierzęcej. Ponad połowa ankietowanych w ramach tego działu zwiększyła pogłowie zwierząt. Najważniejszym nośnikiem innowacji dla rolników były szkolenia i kursy WODR. Wprowadzane innowacje były głównie finansowane z własnych środków pieniężnych. Ponad połowa z ankietowanych rolników twierdziła, że innowacje wpłynęły na unowocześnienie ich gospodarstwa, co miało korzystny wpływ na osiągane wyniki ekonomiczne i konkurencyjność na rynku.
