Polski Handel Zagraniczny Ziemniakami I Ich Przetworami W Latach 2000-2015

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie i ocena zmian zachodzących w polskim handlu zagranicznym ziemniakami i ich przetworami w latach 2000-2015. Dokonano analizy wielkości, wartości oraz struktury towarowej handlu w zmieniających się uwarunkowaniach rynkowych i handlowych przed akcesją Polski do UE i po niej oraz w ostatnich latach, gdy procesy dostosowawcze w polskim w sektorze ziemniaczanym w wielu obszarach w dużej mierze zostały już zakończone. Stwierdzono, że handel zagraniczny ziemniakami i przetworami nie ma decydującego wpływu na kształtowanie się bilansu ziemniaków w Polsce, ale jego znaczenie w tym zakresie systematycznie rośnie. Zaobserwowano systematyczny wzrost obrotów w handlu zagranicznym w sektorze ziemniaczanym, przy czym w eksporcie dotyczy to przede wszystkich przetworów ziemniaczanych, natomiast w imporcie bardzo znaczący jest udział ziemniaków świeżych. W analizowanym okresie eksport ziemniaków zmniejszył się z 84 do około 20 tys. t, a przetworów ziemniaczanych wzrósł dwukrotnie do 700 tys. t (w ekwiwalencie ziemniaków). W tym okresie zanotowano wzrost przywozu ziemniaków świeżych z 40 do 170 tys. t, a przetworów ziemniaczanych z 15 do 270 tys. t.
