Efektywność Ekonomiczna Gospodarstw Ogrodniczych W Wybranych Krajach Unii Europejskiej

Abstract

Celem opracowania była analiza porównawcza produktywności gospodarstw ogrodniczych w Polsce i wybranych krajach Unii Europejskiej o największej produkcji ogrodniczej, tj. Francji, Hiszpanii, Holandii, Niemczech i Włoszech. Dokonano ogólnej charakterystyki gospodarstw ogrodniczych, przedstawiono produktywność podstawowych czynników produkcji ogrodniczej oraz określono jej opłacalność. Wykazano, że polskie gospodarstwa ogrodnicze cechuje kilka, a nawet kilkanaście razy niższy poziom produktywności ziemi, kapitału i siły roboczej niż w innych krajach UE.
