Abstract

This article is about Polish fruit and vegetable production, consumption and export in the years 2004- 2014. On the basis of data and is stated that the export of Polish production is growing. It is important especially that domestic demand for the products is declining. Exporters have been supported by national and EU agencies. It was seen especially during the Russian embargo. Initial data derived form 2014 shows the importance of processing as an effective use of fruit and vegetable stock
