Condicionantes Do Desenvolvimento De Relacionamentos Intercooperativos No Cooperativismo Agropecuário

Abstract

No vocabulário empresarial das últimas décadas, termos como alianças estratégicas, parcerias, sociedades, conglomerados, consórcios, joint venture, redes e outros ganham expressividade, até mesmo entre empresas tradicionalmente concorrentes. Essas são expressões de relacionamentos interorganizacionais entre empresas não cooperativas. Já o cooperativismo, guardião do princípio da cooperação entre cooperativas, denominado intercooperação, apresenta dificuldades para expressar ações desta natureza. É neste sentido que o presente estudo buscou identificar e descrever quais são os condicionantes do desenvolvimento de relacionamentos intercooperativos. Para atender tal objetivo adotou-se o seguinte procedimento metodológico: uma reflexão teórica sobre a temática e entrevista semiestruturada com experts do ramo cooperativo agropecuário. Um dos resultados consiste na identificação de doze condicionantes do desenvolvimento da intercooperação, que são: projetos, liderança, confiança, controle, compensação, comunicação, comprometimento, interdependência, transparência, gestão profissional, eliminar vaidades e clareza da doutrina cooperativa.
