Envejecimiento prematuro de la piel

Abstract

El envejecimiento de la piel incluye dos fenómenos diferentes: el envejecimiento verdadero o intrínseco, cambio inevitable atribuido al paso del tiempo y el prematuro que es ocasionado por la superposición a diferentes factores como la exposición solar, deficiencia de vitamina A, D, C, que asociado a otros factores forman la causa principal de este. El objetivo de nuestro estudio fue identificar los factores de riesgo que ocasionan envejecimiento prematuro de la piel en mujeres de 30-40 años de la zona urbana de la ciudad de León. El diseño del estudio analítico de casos y control cuyos resultados reflejaron que la población envejecida prematuramente se encuentra entre las edades de 35-40 años correspondiente a 108 y las áreas más lesionadas son cara, cuello y extremidades. El factor más determinante en el proceso de envejecimiento prematuro es la fotoexposición prolongada mayor de 6 años, durante más de 5 horas y que aproximadamente 110 mujeres usaban medidas de protección, pero la mitad de estas estaban envejecidas debido al mal uso de las medidas de protección. El déficit de vitaminas A, C, D representa un factor de riesgo para el envejecimiento prematuro no obviando la poca ingesta de líquidos menos de 2 litros que esta representado por 108 mujeres.
