Education And Knowledge As Generators Of Rural Development

Abstract

The study stresses the importance of initiating education in agricultural enterprises considering knowledge as the prerequisite of rural development. Only those enterprisess having permanent education of personnel as part of their everyday activities may be considered competitive. Knowledge and education are prerequisites for the creation of new values. In our country the future development of agriculture and rural development in general may only be expected under the conditions of permanent education and knowledge acquisition.
