Abstract

Clear and consistent application of new regulations and rules whose part can also be CEFTA will contribute the improvement of present relations on the market. That will influence corrective and positive on competition and by that decrease the influence of monopoly. Definitive appropriation for market and profit way of business and thinking, entrepreneurship and owners transformation of economy, represents wide but necessary basis for solving in a modern manner the question of organization and protection of consumer’s interest in Serbia.
