Abstract

World trade development leads to an increase of the chocks between countries. The confrontation between national economic policies is a determining factor of competition not only between firms, but also between nations. Only a higher degree of international cooperation could avoid the risk of break up resulting from the exarcerbation of this competition. This is particularly true in the field of agricultural trade, where national interventions are predominent.
