Abstract

This work explains the results of a survey which is mainly based on the "National Accounts" and which accords to weigh up, from the first oil crisis, the extent of public funds allocated to the working of the whole economy and specially of agriculture which has become one of the branches which is the most reliant on budgetary funds as it gets the third of the whole funds. It's true that feoga's expenditures in favour of France correspond to the 30% of the funds of the financial assistances issued to production system. Aids to the agricultural sector have reached such a level that on average, each producer has received for the last campaign, by way of income, the exchange value of two net SMIC, the first one earned by its marketable production and the other one granted through direct payment
