L'intensification face à la réduction des coûts de production

Abstract

Intensifying opposed to cost-cutting - Cost cutting means a lower cost per unit of output. Drop in inputs means ignorance of husbandry and technology. For a given level of inputs yields increases with input associated informations. As a consequence, cutting Unitarian costs involves a better use of technology. The study of some different english systems shows that it is also true for fixed costs. Highest cost systems are often best users of capital. So cost cutting calls for more and better informations in inputs utilization. It means scientific intensification.
