Tiers-monde: La promotion des couches rurales pauvres en Inde

Abstract

The failure of the green revolution to which a new impetus was given in 1970 can be explained by the political problem of electing responsible groups,- by the public services' inability to suppress abuses, by the uneconomic nature of farms that are too small. The future depends much more on industrial development.
