Abstract

A comparative analysis of agricultural structures in areas of Spain, France, Greece, Italy and Portugal In this article, the authors present a comparative analysis of agricultural structures in areas of Spain, France, Greece, Italy and Portugal, which have been classed in a previous study as being concerned mainly with cereal crops. This comparison aims at detecting the factors which seem likely to explain for the prevailing differences in labour efficiency in these areas. The type of analysis used is the multivariate analysis (principal component analysis and cluster analysis).
