La démarche prospective à la lumière des faits

Abstract

How will the new agricultural planning defined by the French government be applied to the farm sector ? In theory, planning in the farm sector is both easier and harder than in other sectors. Concretely, problems relating to application methods but more especially to main orientations arise in agriculture at the elaboration of the 9 th Plan. How will the true problems in French agriculture be dealt with by the 9 th Plan ?
