Abstract

The on - going macroeconomic and public sector reform program me in Ethiopia is aimed at reducing the relative share of the public Economy and public employment. Under lab our market conditions of unregulated wages and rightward shifting lab our supply curves, conditions that are aided by the reform process, the employment Response in the private economy is contrary to expectations
