El efecto multiplicador de Ballestero en la Valoración Agraria

Abstract

Varias publicaciones de Ballestero al principio de la década de los setenta del pasado siglo son el punto de partida de una importante transformación en la Valoración Agraria. Las aportaciones de Ballestero se pueden resumir en tres grandes líneas: (i) Revisión crítica y aportaciones al conocimiento del mercado de fincas, (ii) incorporación de la valoración subjetiva-objetiva, propias de la valoración de empresas desarrolladas por la escuela alemana, a la valoración de fincas, y (iii) reformulación de los métodos clásicos de valoración (analíticos y sintéticos) buscando conexiones con los métodos estadísticos y elaborando nuevas técnicas como la comparación de las funciones de distribución.
