Safeguard Measures for the Development of Agricultural Science and Technology Parks

Abstract

Healthy development of agricultural science and technology parks needs perfect operation mechanism. On the basis of current situations, this paper came up with several safeguard measures for improving the operation mechanism of agricultural science and technology parks, mainly including organization operation mechanism, technological guarantee mechanism, fund guarantee mechanism, and talent guarantee mechanism.
