Impact Of Romania'S Integration Into European Union On The Capital Market In Romania

Abstract

The present paper intends to study the development of the stock exchange market in Romania stating as marks, two simple things, namely: the progress of the stock exchange market before and after January 1, 2007, and also the progress of the stock exchange markets in the neighboring states after 2004. For this study, the mathematical calculus of the stock exchange index variation and the stock exchange capitalization is followed. The results have a direct link with the macroeconomic situation and the small investor's understanding level related to the stock exchange phenomenon. Outside of analysis, the answer for an unprecedented development of the stock exchange market in Romania is found by means of the investment tool diversification and the increase of the investor number, the collocation-money make money being cultivated.
