Abstract

Considering that the superior manager variety is a result of the different levels of ?accommodation? of the characteristics met in the dedicated literature, in the beginning we have summed up the opinions of the subjects of a statistical research in some managerial profiles, closer to the real life. The same procedure was applied in middle management, making some adjustments regarding the main characteristics. The last part of the study is dedicated to define the best performing managerial teams (tandems), reported to the role of the two representatives of the organizational structures in accomplishing the general objectives of each company.
